Community Rules

These rules apply to all official Unbeaten Network game servers, Discord server(s), and any other community platform owned or operated by Unbeaten. By participating in our community, you agree to follow these rules. Staff reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules based on context, intent, and severity.

If you believe you were punished unfairly by a staff member, open a support ticket explaining the situation. If you believe staff misconduct occurred, include a staff report within the ticket. Decisions involving the Owner or the Manager(s) are final. You may also request that certain staff members be excluded from handling your ticket, except for the server Owner and Manager(s).

Community Conduct

1.0Chat Spam

Excessive spam, repeated messages, character spam, or intentionally flooding chat is not allowed. Keep conversations readable and allow others to participate.

1.1Racism & Hate Speech

Racist, discriminatory, or hateful language, symbols, usernames, or behavior are strictly prohibited across all Unbeaten servers.

1.2Toxicity

Targeted harassment, excessive toxicity, bullying, or behavior intended to drive players away is not allowed. Friendly banter is acceptable, but keep it civil. Staff may intervene if it becomes disruptive.

1.3Real-Life Threats

Threats or encouragement of real-world harm are taken seriously.

1.4Impersonation

Do not impersonate staff or other community members in a misleading manner.

1.5English

English is required in public channels for moderation. The only exception is when a staff member is actively moderating in that language or when using another language helps explain something more clearly.

1.6Appropriate Content

NSFW, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited.

1.7Political Discussion

Avoid political discussion or opinions, as this tends to escalate quickly with people having a variety of opinions and may lead to disagreements. Staff may tell you to change the subject if found to be discussing it openly.

1.8Harassment

You are prohibited from stalking people around the map or servers, trying to drive them away from the server, repeatedly sending unwanted TPA requests, or any form of bullying.

Fair Play

2.0Cheating

All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited and will lead to an unappealable permanent ban from the entire network. This includes lagswitches and cheat clients. Any software giving an unintended advantage is treated the same way. Using macros or crosshair software does not fall under this rule. You're responsible for your own account, and any actions taken on it are fully your responsibility, whether it was compromised or not.

2.1Duping & Economy Abuse

Duplicating items, money, or exploiting the economy is prohibited and may result in warnings, balance resets, or bans depending on severity.

2.2Lag Machines

Intentionally creating excessive lag or disrupting server stability is prohibited. This will result in a permanent ban from the network.

2.3Bug Exploitation

Knowingly abusing bugs such as glitch bases or glitch raiding will result in punishment. Spawning vehicles that clip through textures or bases is a lesser offense but still falls under this rule. This includes using bugs to build inside safezones to make structures unraidable.

2.4Evading Punishments

Using alt accounts to evade bans or mutes will result in an extended ban/mute, and you may face a permanent one if you are actively evading a punishment. Mutes are treated less seriously, but this rule still applies.

2.5Manipulating the Bounty System

Teaming up with players to collect bounties or staging bounties is prohibited, and your balance may be reset, and you may also face a ban. You may place bounties on teammates, but you may not claim or assist in claiming them.

Gameplay

3.0Stat Farming

Teleport-killing teammates or manipulating stats is not allowed. Doing so will result in a stats reset, and you may face a ban.

3.1Blocking POIs

Blocking military loot, player spawns, or important locations with structures or vehicles for an unfair advantage is prohibited. This includes building around entire POIs with malicious intent.

3.2Death Machines

Constructing traps or mechanisms that abuse game mechanics to kill players through walls or by unintended methods is prohibited.

3.3Evading Auto-Moderation

Trying to evade auto-moderation by switching up the spelling of slurs or other auto-muted words may result in a longer mute. Any staff member may adjust the duration of an auto-moderation action if they see fit. Abusing the auto-moderation system in any way is prohibited and may result in a ban.

Community Safety

4.1Privacy

Do not request, reveal, or threaten to reveal another person's private information.

4.2Malicious Content & Advertising

IP grabbers, viruses, scams, phishing, client crashers, or malicious files or links are prohibited. Making specific server advertisements is strictly prohibited, such as creating incentives to play other servers. You may send clips of other servers provided it isn't done with intent to advertise, and you may speak about other servers freely.

4.3Honest Reports

Reports must contain truthful, unedited evidence. Fabricating evidence with bad intent may result in a permanent ban.

4.4Discord ToS

Always adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4.5Common Sense

Attempting to exploit loopholes or technicalities does not exempt you from punishment and may result in a worse one. If you think you'll be banned for doing something, then you probably will be!

Store & Purchases

By purchasing from the Unbeaten Store you agree to Unbeaten's Privacy Policy, the Tebex Terms & Conditions, and the Tebex Privacy Policy. Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the entire Network. You also violate the Tebex Terms & Conditions and may be banned from Tebex. All purchases are final; perks may not be transferred or refunded. Perks are subject to change at any time should we see it appropriate. If there is a genuine issue with your package, open a support ticket on Discord so we can resolve it.
