Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use anything run by UNBEATEN ("we", "us"): this website, our game servers, our Discord and our store. By using them you agree to these terms, our Community Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it, and allowed to use the game you play on our servers. You must also follow the terms of the platforms involved, such as the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Discord's Terms of Service.
2. Your account
We know you by your game account (your Steam ID, or your Minecraft account) and your Discord account. You're responsible for everything done with your accounts, even if someone else used them. Keep them secure.
3. Rules and moderation
Our Community Rules apply everywhere we run. Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban players, reset statistics or balances, or remove builds, items or perks, based on what happened, its intent and its severity. Bans can apply across the whole network. If you think a decision was wrong, open a support ticket; decisions by the Owner or Managers are final.
4. Purchases
- Our store is run by Tebex, which handles payment. The store terms and Tebex's terms apply to every purchase.
- Purchases are final and can't be refunded or transferred, except where the law says otherwise.
- Ranks, kits, currency and other perks are a licence to use them on our servers. They have no real-world value, aren't your property and can't be exchanged for money.
- We may change perks, and wipes or resets may affect what's in game. Being punished under the rules doesn't entitle you to a refund.
- A chargeback or payment dispute leads to a permanent ban from the network. If something's wrong with a purchase, open a support ticket and we'll sort it out.
5. Our services can change
We may change, wipe, pause or close servers, game modes, maps, features or this website at any time, including resetting statistics, inventories, bases and balances. We try to keep everything online but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
6. What you share
You're responsible for what you post in our games and Discord, including messages, clips and reports. It must follow our rules and the law. You keep ownership of it, but you allow us to use it to run and moderate our community, for example as evidence in a ban or a ticket.
7. Not affiliated
UNBEATEN is an independent community. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Smartly Dressed Games, Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Facepunch Studios, Valve or Discord. Game names, logos and assets belong to their owners.
8. No warranties and limited liability
Our services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, items, perks or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Ending access
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or our rules, or to protect our players and services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll announce significant changes on Discord. Using our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
